In the early 1980s, against all odds, we started as a small workshop with 30+ workers, manufacturing countersinks, drill sleeves, and accessories for nearby power tool and woodworking factories.

Forty years later, we are now recognized as a reliable brand, selling in over 50 countries and serving industries such as power tool accessories (PTA), woodworking, automotive, and metalworking. With our headquarters in Lodi, Milan and an international CNAS-approved R&D/testing center, we have three global service/warehouses strategically located in San Diego (USA), Chengdu (China) and a new workshop in Rayong (Thailand). Leveraging our 240+ staff members, including experienced workers, engineers, inspectors, sales personnel, warehouse keepers, and our newly designed 33,000 square meters manufacturing/assembling facility, we were awarded the "Most Innovative Company 2022" by a leading European DIY company. While we still manufacture OEM products for some of the most famous brands in this industry, we are now more focused on supplying our branded, latest power tool accessories and woodworking tools.
